No Resale
Painting With Purpose items are not for resale. Painting with Purpose only sells and ships to end customers. Painting With Purpose reserves the right to cancel or refuse your order if you are suspected of purchase for resale.
Painting License Sales Policy
All sales of Painting With Purpose painting licenses are final. The use of painting licenses is only permitted in the country of download. Return or refund of paintings will not be granted. The sale of each painting license automatically enters the Painting With Purpose account holder into the current promotion. Fifty percent (50%), of the proceeds will be donated by Painting With Purpose, to the charity, which is represented at the time of purchase.
With a Painting With Purpose account you are eligibly to purchase Painting With Purpose painting licenses. Authorization from the credit card you have provided Painting With Purpose will be obtained at the time of checkout. Once authorization has been received, Painting With Purpose will e-mail you your digital copy of the painting stating how many licenses you purchased, and how many entries to the sweepstakes you received. The e-mail also contains a link to your receipt for your records. Once authorization is received you will also automatically be enter into the current promotion.
Payment Methods
Painting With Purpose accepts Visa and MasterCard. During the checkout process Painting With Purpose requires the three or four digit security code which, is printed on the back of your Visa or MasterCard. There is also a Captcha image during the checkout process. A Captcha image is a simple challenge-response test, which, ask you to manually type in text. The security code and Captcha image are required for your security and helps protect against unauthorized use of your card.
Painting With Purpose is unable to accept checks, money orders, wire transfers, or cash. Purchases are only available online with a Painting With Purpose account.
Sales Tax
Citizens of the United States of America will not be charged sales tax for any purchases on the site. Canadian Citizens will be charged Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) for all sales.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed once authorization of payment and all information has been received. The estimated shipping date will depend on the product availability at the time authorization of payment has been received. Order processing takes place on all business days excluding holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.
Proof of Purchase
Painting With Purpose will e-mail you confirmation of your order once credit card authorization has been received. The email includes a link to your receipt for your records.

UPS 2nd Day Air: Items shipped UPS 2nd Day Air usually arrive by the end of the second business day.
UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.: Items shipped UPS 2nd Day Air A.M. usually arrive by 12:00 noon on the second business day.
UPS Next Day Air Saver: Items shipped UPS Next Day Air Saver usually arrive by 4:30p.m. on the next business day.
UPS Next Day Air: Items shipped UPS Next Day Air usually arrive by 12:00 noon on the next business day.
UPS Next Day Air Early A.M.: Items shipped UPS Next Day Air usually arrive by 10:00a.m. on the next business day.

Painting With Purpose's prices are set to benefit all parties involved. Painting licenses are priced to allow us to give to charity and provide generous prizes for our customers. Painting With Purpose reserves the right to change prices which are displayed at the Painting With purpose store to correct pricing errors or for any other reason.
Product Availability
Painting With Purpose focuses on shipping products in a timely manner once an order has been processed. Painting With Purpose makes every effort to keep stock of all items on our site. However, at certain times due to product demand, stock may be unavailable. We will notify you if the delays will exceed five business days. At this time if you would like a refund please let us know and we will be happy to do so.
Return and Refund Policy
We understand the online shopping can leave you feeling uncertain about your decision. Painting With Purpose has a 30-day no hassle return policy. If you are unhappy with your order or would like to exchange your items for something else, we will be happy to help you. To begin the Return or Exchange process please fill out the online RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. We will provide you with an RMA number via e-mail. Once you have received your RMA number, package up your items and write your RMA number on the outside of the box. Once received Painting With Purpose will issue a refund for the purchase amount not including the shipping charge based on your original payment method, or exchange the merchandise. You will also be responsible for any shipping charges incurred during the return or exchange process.
Please note Painting With Purpose will not return or exchange the following products:
1) Painting licenses.
2) Worn, or washed clothing. Please try clothing on for size and comfort and make a decision if you would like to keep it or return it for a refund or exchange.
Painting With Purpose recommends that you use a carrier that offers order tracking for all returns. It is also recommended that you insure the package for the value of the items contained. If you do not decide to ship with order tracking and insurance Painting With Purpose will not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items upon return.
Defective Items
If you receive an order, which you feel is defective or has been damaged upon delivery, please fill out the online RMA form and note in the "Reason for Return" field, that the item is defective.
Other Terms and Conditions
All sales at the Painting With Purpose store are governed by Nova Scotia law, to the extent permitted by law. Painting With Purpose is registered to conduct business in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Painting With Purpose is not responsible for any typographical errors made during your checkout process. Painting With Purpose reserves the right to cancel orders, which contain typographical errors.
Painting With Purpose reserves the right to modify the "Sales and Return" policy at anytime.
Painting With Purpose reserves the right to interrupt operation, terminate, suspend or modify access to the Painting With Purpose store at anytime for maintenance, changes or any other reason.
Painting With Purpose's Sales and Return policy shall not be used to grant any rights or remedies on any third party.
